Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original boxes with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and suitable for resale.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of arrival.
